With One Point of Accountability

Closing the gap
between vision
and reality

[ 01 ]

Residential construction is typically delivered through a fragmented model: a designer of record, a general contractor, a fabricator, an installer, each accountable only within their own scope. Each transition creates another opportunity for details to be interpreted, adjusted or lost along the way.

I operate as a single point of responsibility across the full sequence: advisory, drafting, fabrication, and installation, held by one practitioner.

The person who understood the original vision is still the one executing it at the final walkthrough.

Approach

Not a menu of services.
One integrated capability,
held by a single person,
at every stage.

services

ADVISORY AND PM

In the room from the first design meeting, representing the vision and carrying the full weight of its execution.

DRAFTING

Direction translated into shop drawings precise enough for any fabricator to build from without a clarifying call.

FABRICATION

Coordinated and inspected at every stage, so what leaves the shop matches what was drawn, precisely.

INSTALLATION

Millwork and finish carpentry, installed personally, to a standard most firms can't staff for.

FURNITURE

Bespoke, handcrafted pieces, taken on selectively, for rooms that call for something built, not bought.

Founder and craftsman.

Jonas trained for four years in solid woodworking at a monastery workshop in Engelberg, Switzerland, where precision was not a specialty but the foundation of the work.

He has since worked across high-end residential projects in Switzerland, Los Angeles, Geneva and France, bringing that same discipline to a broader role spanning design development, fabrication, project management and installation.
